41. Kumi Ori 5733 (Mugga Milukat Vol. 3) This Ma’amar revolves around a Midrash that joins together two Pesukim. Yidden tell Hashem כי עמך מקור חיים באורך נראה אור we insist that He shine light first and we’ll respond; and Hashem responds קומי אורי כי בא אורך וגו that we should shine our light because His light has already begun to shine. As it turns out (in the Ma’amar) even His light (כי בא אורך) is also ours: when the Neshama light shines, it causes the body’s Godliness to shine as a consequence. The Ma’amar develops five (in total) levels of Godliness: 1) Mimalei Kol Almin; חיים 2) Sovev Kol Almin; מקור חיים (there are two levels in this מקור and סיבה) 3) Ohr of Torah; באורך (נראה אור) 4) Ohr of Neshamos Yisroel; (באורך) נראה אור or (קומי אורי) כי בא אורך 5) Godliness of the Guf; קומי אורי (כי בא אורך)
